The ceremony you conducted was the unexpected highlight of our wedding day. I have been to many weddings in the past year and have sat through many cookie cutter ceremonies. To my surprise, our ceremony was a perfect reflection of us! It was fun, intimate, and even funny at times! The ceremony your wrote gave our guests a better understanding of the unique love between my husband and myself. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us, and for asking questions about our relationship, our cultures, and our families. For example, because my family is Persian, you selected a poem from the Persian poet Rumi. You also took time to mention our parents, both of whom have been married for over 35 years. These details, which are missed by so many other officiants, made our ceremony truly extraordinary. Many many of our guests commented about the ceremony and how personal it was. While watching the wedding video, I was struck by how many of our guest seem touched by what you said during the ceremony. This is because the ceremony you wrote was so meaningful. We wanted to send you a gigantic THANK YOU for putting together the ceremony of our dreams. Scott and I were so impressed with your writing and how personal it all was. We feel that it truly expressed our eight-year love story and it really struck a chord with us as well as many of our guests. We were quite overwhelmed by how many people actually cried at our wedding –the words were just filled with so much emotion that it was hard to manage the tears! We had many people tell us it was the best ceremony they had ever heard and that it was just the right mix of sentiment and humor. Greg and I were so pleased with how ell our ceremony turned out.. it was perfect! It was exactly what we had hoped for and more. It was sincere, playful, and romantic. I have watched the video already three times since we returned from our honeymoon. We have received several compliments on how enjoyable the ceremony was and how it was like no other wedding ceremony they had ever experienced. The ceremony has even inspired my dad to renew vows with his wife and a few friends to take the next step in their relationship and become engaged. They claim “it’s all our fault” but really, “it’s all your fault”... for creating such a beautiful ceremony.
